1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using VipWorkVault, operated by VipWorkVault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
VipWorkVault is an AI-powered platform providing tools for content creation, data processing, marketing, procurement, coding, and business automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis, taking into account both the number of days used and AI requests consumed in the billing period. To request a refund, email vipworkvault@gmail.com within 30 days of your subscription start date.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content; violate applicable laws; infringe intellectual property rights; reverse engineer the platform; resell access without written consent; or use automated scripts to abuse usage limits.
6. Intellectual property
Content you generate belongs to you, subject to underlying AI model terms. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. The VipWorkVault platform and brand are owned by VipWorkVault and may not be copied.
7. AI-generated content disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before use. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VipWorkVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
