Files deleted after processing
When you upload a file — CSV, PDF, image, or any other format — it is processed in memory and deleted immediately after your task completes. We do not store uploaded files.
Never used to train AI models
Your inputs, outputs, and uploaded files are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. What you create belongs to you.
Encrypted in transit
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption.
UK GDPR compliant
VipWorkVault is built to comply with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time.
Your account, your data
All documents, settings, and data in your account belong to you. You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings.
Data isolation between users
Every user's data is completely isolated. Row-level security ensures you can only ever see and access your own documents.
Transparent sub-processors
We use Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments). All are GDPR compliant.
