1. Overview
VipWorkVault offers a fair and transparent refund policy. As a subscription-based AI SaaS platform, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with VipWorkVault within 7 days of your first subscription payment, contact us at vipworkvault@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Renewal charges
Subscription renewals are charged automatically at the start of each billing period. Refunds are not available for renewal charges once the new billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law.
5. Non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are not available for: partial months of service already used beyond the 7-day window; accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service; or requests made after 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. No physical goods
VipWorkVault is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods and therefore returns and return shipping do not apply to any of our products or services.
